Three-Cheese Fondue

This is a yummy addition for any Game Day Party!.


1 tablespoon margarine
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3/4 cup reduced-fat (2%) milk
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mild or sharp cheddar cheese
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, cut into cubes
1/2 cup (2ounces) crumbled blue cheese
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring once or twice, until cheese is melted and smooth. Increase heat to HIGH and cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until heated through. Serve with fresh vegetables, breadsticks or tortilla chips and enjoy!
