This is a family favorite from my Mother-In-Law’s Recipe Cards!.
2 pounds ground beef (browned)
1 large onion (chopped)
2 cups shredded cabbage
3 Tbs Soy Sauce
1- 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms
3 cups beef broth (Boullion)
1 1/2 cups uncooked Minute Rice
1- 28 oz. can sauerkraut
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
