Pecan Pie

Another family favorite!.


3 eggs (beaten)
2/3 cup sugar
dash of salt
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 cup pecan halves
9″ unbaked piecrust

Cooking Instructions

mix everything but the pecan halves and piecrust together in a bowl. Pour mixture into unbaked piecrust and add pecan halves. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes until you can insert a knife halfway between center & edge and have it come out clean.
