Heart Attack Potatoes

Yup…just as good as you would think!.


2 pounds frozen cubed potatoes
1 stick margerine (melted)
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt & pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
corn flakes (for topping)

Cooking Instructions

Mix everything together except the corn flakes in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with corn flakes and melted butter (1/2 cup) before serving.
