Hashbrown Soup

  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 4 c water
  • ¾ c chopped celery
  • 4 chicken boullion cubes
  • ¼ t pepper
  • 4 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 cups chopped or cubed cooked ham
  • 1 T parsley flakes
  • 1 ½ t garlic salt
  • 2 T shopped/minced onion, or dried chives
  • 1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large crockpot.

Cook on low 6-8 hours.

For a smaller batch, ½ this recipe.
