This is our Christmas-morning tradition and my favorite holiday recipe!.


24 Rhodes frozen cinnamon rolls
One small package of cook and serve butterscotch pudding
One stick butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
cinnamon to taste
pecans (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Place frozen rolls in a 9X13 pan, sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle the package of butterscotch pudding and nuts directly over the caramel rolls. In the microwave, melt the stick of butter and stir in brown sugar and cinnamon (I also add a teaspoon of vanilla). Pour slowly over the frozen rolls. Cover with tinfoil overnight (helps to spray the foil to avoid sticking). Leave them on the counter. In the morning, bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
