Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

1 pound pork sausage (browned and drained)
12 slices of white or wheat bread (crusts trimmed)
12 eggs beaten
1 cup milk
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

Place bread in a greased 9×13 baking pan. Combine eggs and milk, mix well and pour over bread. Add sausage and top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Place in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
